CemWell Energy Ltd. manufactures and delivers cementing materials and additives that align strictly with the **American Petroleum Institute (API) Specification 10A** standards. Every batch of Class G/H cement and fluid additives undergoes rigid laboratory QA/QC testing for parameters including thickening time, free fluid, fluid loss, and compressive strength.

2. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Policy

We operate under a zero-incident HSE philosophy. Our policies mandate:

• Safe Handling of Bulk Materials: Secure operation of Bulk Handling Plants (BHP) and silo systems to prevent dust inhalation and mechanical failures.
• Environmentally Safe Additives: Developing and supplying biodegradable additives wherever borehole conditions permit, minimizing environmental impact in sensitive zones.
• Regulatory Alignment: Fully compliant with local governmental environmental bodies and international maritime/onshore hazard guidelines.

3. Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Compliance

CemWell conducts all operations in compliance with the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Indian Prevention of Corruption Act. We enforce strict policies prohibiting any form of bribery, kickbacks, or corrupt payments to government officials, national oil companies (NOCs), or customer representatives.

5. Export Control & Trade Sanctions

CemWell strictly complies with global trade sanctions and export control regulations. We perform rigorous due diligence checks on all equipment and chemical shipments to ensure that no items are exported or traded in violation of United Nations, EU, or US sanctions frameworks.
